The house is distributed on two floors offering a kitchen per floor.On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room that communicates with the dining area and kitchen with spacious and comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of modern appliances, white furniture and plenty of work space, has access to a laundry room with additional washing machine, dryer and refrigerator. The dining area has large access doors to the patio. On this floor there are three double bedrooms all with en suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has three single beds. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two beds and a toilet with shared shower. There is also a second well-equipped kitchen with dining room ideal for large groups. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and offers fantastic views of the bay and beach while one relaxes in the Mallorcan sun. All the facilities of Puerto Pollensa are within walking distance.
