This fabulous house is in a wonderful hilltop position surrounded by lovely countryside in a quiet rural area of Pollensa and is privy to fantastic views over Pollensa, the Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains and the Bay of Pollensa. Perfect for the little ones who have plenty of room to run around, great for the bigger kids who get to chill on the brilliant porch and comfortable for the adults who want to relax. It is a purely rustic property with loads of personality and even has some animals on the land. A lovely oval pool measuring 5 metres in diameter and is 1.8 metres deep (that can be heated on request) will provide hours of fun and magical moments for everyone during any month of the year if desired. This very special property is one of our favourites, it offers the perfect environment for family and or friends to get together for unforgettable holidays, it oozes the feel good factor and has every base covered, whether it is daytime fun or enjoying a long summer evening with a refreshing sundowner and good company.
On the ground floor, there is a charming living room with a central fireplace, exposed wooden beams, sloping ceiling, terracotta floors and French doors that open up onto the incredible L-shaped porch where there is a huge dining table. There is a fully equipped rustic kitchen, guest toilet and three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all have en suite bathrooms with showers. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms with sloping ceilings that overlook the living room from a gallery window, both have sloping ceilings and share a bathroom with a shower (there is no air conditioning in these two bedrooms) - usually the children love these peculiar rooms because they can spy on the adults in the living room! A wonderful master bedroom with a full on suite bathroom and a television is also upstairs. If you want a property with lots of personality and excellent facilities look no further, everyone will love this house for one reason or another. The house is in a tranquil area known as Morell, which is located just a short drive from Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa the beaches and all amenities. It is a perfect location for sightseeing and exploring the north of Mallorca and checking out the lovely fincas and small holdings with goats, chickens, pigs and ponies, etc. This property has a big personality and is perfect for those that want something different.
