Fabulous country house located in the north of Mallorca, in the beautiful valley of Aixartell in Campanet, an amazing setting to escape from your everyday routine and enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility.
This lovely home has a clean design, open plan spaces and receives lots of natural light, materials used are a harmonious fusion of stone walls, marble and oak floors, cedar frames and alpine pine shelves. Rooms include a spacious living room, library and a large dining room with a huge dining table, modern fireplace and large patio doors opening onto the main terrace that is fully furnished and also has a barbecue. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample fridges, freezers, large oven and all the utensils you might need to cook something delicious from the fresh produce available from the local markets. And if you don’t feel like cooking a chef service is available.
The main building has 6 bedroom suites and a further 4 suites are set apart by only a few metres, there are also massage, yoga and meditation rooms.
The magical exteriors invite you to relax in peace and quiet, offering absolute privacy and leaving you to be interrupted only by the sound of sheep and birds. A small pathway leads to a fantastic 15 x 5,5m pool with a big sun terrace, furnished with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, and with valley views that are simply breathtaking. There is also poolside dressing room with toilet and fridge. Other features include a table tennis table on a terrace at the side of the house.
The tranquility of the location is practically unimaginable in this day and age and the clean, understated design of the property and abundance of natural light are particularly important for small groups of artists, writers and yoga enthusiasts in search of intimacy, natural beauty and creative inspiration. We are proud to have used local materials and craftsmen in the construction and decoration of La Serrania. Our bed linen and towels are 100% linen and cotton, and we use only biodegradable cleaning products and detergents.
Our cuisine has a Mediterranean emphasis with Middle Eastern and some Asian influences that we elaborate with vegetables and aromatic herbs from our very own botanical garden.
