- Using the property for any purpose other than providing housing for the tenant and their family, with a maximum occupancy of 14 people.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of the contract is not allowed, except in cases expressly provided for by the current legislation or by mutual agreement between the parties. If the tenant wishes to terminate the contract prematurely, it will be considered a breach of the agreed conditions, and the tenant will be responsible for any damages caused, as well as any penalties established in the contract.
