This spectacular country house is one of the top 50 historic houses in the North of Majorca, originally built in the 17th century it was the main farmhouse and olive pressing facility for the neighbouring olive groves. The setting is a stunning, and highly private valley location, protected by the rugged mountains of the Tramuntana chain and surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes. With 175 acres of private land there are plenty of enchanting walks through oak woods and on up into the mountains, nearer to the house, down by the creek is a small orange grove and around the house beautiful gardens.
The house is enchanting, traditional and highly comfortable, providing top quality accommodation for friends and family to get together for unforgettable holidays. The property has 6 double bedrooms and 7 bath/shower rooms (6 en suite), a big, open plan living-dining room with a snooker / billiard table, television snug, and a brilliant, fully equipped kitchen plus utility room. Features include air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi internet, Sky TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Outside are gorgeous covered terraces, a delightful pool (16 x 5 meters) carved out of the hillside and suitable for all ages and a full size tennis court. The only distraction is the mesmerizing gentle cool breeze!
Services: Breakfast is provided 6 days a week (included in rent). Lunch and an evening meal are provided 5 days a week (cost of food and drink not included). Bookings Friday to Friday.
