Son Simó Vell is an authentic Majorcan country estate of 40 hectares with a beautiful manor that is a fusion of traditional external elements and luminous, modern interiors.
Guests will have at their disposal maximum comfort and at the same time complete peace and privacy within wonderful grounds that are home to mature gardens and indigenous trees and plants. Olive, wine, almond trees and ancient oaks form a catalogued landscape of special interest. The ‘finca’ is known for its wine production of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, virgin olive oil, oranges, lemons, other fruit and vegetables…
We will be delighted to show you the vineyards, and the winery where you can taste our rosé and other Majorcan wines and if you wish to celebrate an event or meal with your friends.
There are eight bedrooms in total, four doubles and four junior suites, all with 2m x 2m beds and full bathrooms (tub and shower) and hair dryers, hot and cold air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, satellite TV, safe, bathrobe and pool towels. There is capacity for 16 adults, three children in supplementary beds and three babies in cots.
In Son Simó Vell you will find a 16m x 4m saline water pool integrated into a natural environment and you can also go hiking on the paths of the farm that lead to the mountain with a fantastic landscape.
You will also find a gym in our facilities where you will have the possibility to stay in shape without leaving the premises.

If the cancellation is received after the reservation and 8 weeks before your arrival represents the loss of the deposit paid. If the cancellation is between 8 weeks before arrival or not to show up, it represents the loss of the entire rent, however you may assign the use to a third party on your behalf upon consultation with our agency.
