It is an ideal spot for cycling enthusiasts, with beautiful routes through the Sierra de Tramuntana, Formentor, and towards the West, where you can enjoy flat roads and almost no elevation. Additionally, on the ground floor of the building, there is a Rent a Bike service, making it easy to access quality equipment for exploring the area. It is also perfect for hikers, remote workers, or simply to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by elevator, in a very quiet community.

- Using the property for any purpose other than providing housing for the tenant and their family, with a maximum occupancy of six people.
- The tenant must at all times comply with and accept the statutes and rules of the community.
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation of the contract is not allowed, except in cases expressly provided for by the current legislation or by mutual agreement between the parties. If the tenant wishes to terminate the contract prematurely, it will be considered a breach of the agreed conditions, and the tenant will be responsible for any damages caused, as well as any penalties established in the contract.
