Cancellation Policy
It is advisable that you have the appropriate travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
If the cancellation is received after the reservation and 8 weeks before your arrival represents the loss of the deposit paid. If the cancellation is between 8 weeks before arrival or not to show up, it represents the loss of the entire rent, however you may assign the use to a third party on your behalf upon consultation with our agency.
