This fantastic luxury villa offers one of the most outstanding views to be found on the island. Situated in Cala San Vicente on a priviged position overlooking the sea, cliffs and mountains of the northern coast of Mallorca with 1.25-acre garden and a 57-foot fresh water swimming pool and terraces. Very short and easy access to the beach just in front of the property.
The villa itself has been decorated using local fabrics and furniture and each of the rooms has individual air conditioning/heating.
The living room has access to the terrace overlooking the sea with a glazed dining room ideal for outdoor meals enjoying the views at any time of the year. A winter dining siting room with a nice fireplace, and a modern well-equipped kitchen. From living room downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with sea view terrace and two bathrooms. Another exterior shower next to the pool. In the pool area there is a little house with a dining area and a refrigerator. This is the preferred corner to enjoy a sunset. The offer includes 6 days a week, breakfast and lunch service, light shopping and cleaning. Free parking for two cars.
Cala San Vicente has three lovely bays with beautiful clear blue waters, which is ideal for snorkeling when the sea is calm. Situated at the foot end of Tramuntana Mountains. Beautiful and quiet it has been the hideaway of painters and poets. Sandy bays with good facilities (restaurants and sun lounges) and is manned by a lifeguard.

The staff has been working at the villa for more than 20 years. They work as a team and come each morning 9.30am (excluding Sundays) to cook (breakfast\lunch), clean and do your daily laundry. They both speak English and are amazing with children.
On arrival they can bring ‘welcome pack' of shopping with bread, eggs, milk; just a few basics. If requested they will happily leave a roast chicken and some vegetables or salad for your first night. Just let us know.
Large list of choices: Gazpacho, Paella, Fish croquettes, Grilled bream or sea bass, Mussels with clove and tomato, Stuffed aubergines and Tortilla…But they will happily cook you anything...just let them know.
They will do some light shopping and bring this in daily for the food they make but guests are expected to do their own 'main' shop. We suggest that you give the girls a cash for the expenses on arrival. They will keep all the receipts and give them to you. Any adjustments can be made at any time.
They will do any laundry daily (washing and ironing) that needs doing – just leave it in your basket in your bedroom. No laundry to be left two days before you leave.
They are happy to babysit the odd evening. If they can’t do it, they will find a friend, cousin or family member that they know, that will help. The cost is about 20€ per hour but agree with them beforehand.
The gardener. To have a well-groomed garden, he will visit during your stay to clean the pool, water the plants, etc. He also has the sprinklers set for early evening and during the night so make sure you don’t leave anything out on the grass that you don’t want to get wet!

Cancellation Policy
It is advisable that you have the appropriate travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
If the cancellation is received after the reservation and 8 weeks before your arrival represents the loss of the deposit paid. If the cancellation is between 8 weeks before arrival or not to show up, it represents the loss of the entire rent, however you may assign the use to a third party on your behalf upon consultation with our agency.
