• The tenant must maintain their habitual residence and tax residence at an address other than the rented property and shall use the property exclusively for a temporary private stay.
• Typical tenant profiles include relocated professionals, business projects, students, medical treatments, or other long-term temporary stays.
House Rules
• Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.
• Guests are required to comply with the community rules and regulations at all times.
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed without the landlord’s prior written consent.
• Subletting or assigning the property, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
• The storage or handling of hazardous, flammable, explosive, or unsanitary materials is not permitted.
• The property may only be used for the purpose specified in the rental agreement.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking or the early termination of the rental agreement, in accordance with applicable law.
