  • Using the property for any purpose other than providing housing for the tenant and their family, with a maximum occupancy of four people.
  • The tenant must at all times comply with and accept the statutes and rules of the community.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation of the contract is not allowed, except in cases expressly provided for by the current legislation or by mutual agreement between the parties. If the tenant wishes to terminate the contract prematurely, it will be considered a breach of the agreed conditions, and the tenant will be responsible for any damages caused, as well as any penalties established in the contract.
