From its terrace you access an area of tamarinds and protected coastal plants next to the golden sand and crystal clear waters of the extensive bay of Alcudia. The interior of the house is modern, with rustic touches, navy, white walls and comfortable. Equipped with air conditioning on the top floor and heating throughout the house to enjoy the coast at any time of the year.
It is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace and natural garden facing the beach. A comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV and a dining table with a practical wood-burning stove. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with access to the terrace with a barbecue for outdoor meals. Also on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a toilet with shower and a toilet. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor, accessed via a spiral staircase. This bedroom has a double bed, a toilet with shower en suite and a private terrace with great sea views.
