Santa Margalida, a charming village in the heart of Mallorca, offers visitors a captivating glimpse of the island’s authentic and often overlooked character. Just seven kilometers from the beaches of Alcudia Bay, the village retains traditional Mallorcan life, contrasting with the bustling coastline. Its square, shaded by trees and surrounded by shops and tapas bars, exudes a typical and welcoming atmosphere.
Less than 15 minutes away lies Son Serra de Marina, a small coastal development in a truly idyllic setting, away from mass tourism, nestled between the pristine beaches of Sa Canova and Son Real. The area features exclusively villas and single-family homes. Its beaches are among the island’s most beautiful: Son Serra integrated within the residential area, Son Real legally protected and in its natural state with white sand and turquoise waters, and S’Arenal d’en Casal, a kilometer-long beach with dunes and pine forest nearby.

If the cancellation is between 8 weeks before arrival or not to show up, it represents the loss of the entire rent, however you may assign the use to a third party on your behalf upon consultation with our agency
