4. Cleaning and maintenance.

Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness of a property is paramount and can determine a guests experience and whether they rebook year on year. We offer a professional cleaning and maintenance services:

  • Pre~season and end of season deep clean
  • Mid-stay and final cleanings
  • Laundering of towels and bed linen
  • Rental of bed linen and towels
  • Pool towels
  • Garden, swimming pool and technical maintenance
  • 24 hour attention in case of an emergency

5. Communication with guests during their stay.

6. Tourist license - Please note without a tourist licence you cannot rent your property
