This is a fabulous property located in a beautiful rural area, on a small hill and surrounded by mature woodland, that has very nice views of the Tramuntana mountains and is close to Pollensa and the local beaches.
The fantastic pool area is the perfect centre piece of the property, there is a shallow section for the children, sun terrace with  sun loungers for those that want to soak up the sun, as well as an area with teak decking set up for relaxing, summer dining and games, with a table, chairs and a pergola providing shade. The property also has a barbecue and various possibilities for eating outdoors, exterior night-time lighting and shady porch.
The traditional interiors are very homely and in very good condition with modern installations and charming rustic wood details against pure white walls. The living-dining room is open plan to a well-equipped, farmhouse kitchen that has direct access to the pool area, and there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
