The kitchen, with a large island/breakfast bar, has everything you need including a solid wood dining table that accommodates 10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American-style fridge freezer and a separate sink/drainer.
The house has high-speed fibre optic internet, so you can enjoy connected living throughout the house and also in the gardens, air-conditioning and central heating throughout, and is secured with a monitored security alarm.
