Playa de Muro is the perfect destination for an unforgettable seaside holiday. Facing the spectacular Bay of Alcudia, it boasts a vast stretch of white sand and turquoise waters, making it one of the most iconic spots in northern Mallorca. Stretching between Port d’Alcúdia and Can Picafort, this beach is ideal for families with children and for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation, nature and fun, thanks to its wide range of activities and services.
The beach is divided into three distinct areas, each with its own charm:
1. Area closest to Alcudia:This is the most accessible and lively section, lined with hotels and apartments. Here you’ll find all the services you need: toilets, showers, restaurants, lifeguards, disabled access, and sunbed and umbrella rentals – everything for a comfortable beach day.
2. Es Branc: Located in the central part of the beach, it begins at the mouth of the s’Oberta stream, which flows from the S’Albufera Natural Park. This area is somewhat quieter, ideal for those seeking a balance between convenience and serenity.
3. Es Comú: The most natural and untouched area, located one kilometre from Can Picafort. Here, the landscape transforms into 1.5 km of pristine beach, surrounded by dunes, pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. If the cancellation is between 8 weeks before arrival or not to show up, it represents the loss of the entire rent, however you may assign the use to a third party on your behalf upon consultation with our agency.
